With an interest in trying to make use of every part of the coffee tree, Bente Medoch decided to produce this incredibly aromatic and distinct flavored coffee flower tea. The beautiful flowers are picked individually by hand, at just the right time so as not to hinder the production of fruit.
They are then dried for a few hours under the African sun of Tanzania at the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro to preserve their flavor. To brew we recommend using a French press or a Tea Dripper to allow the delicate flowers for brewing in its full complexity.
